Fidel E. Castro
Fidel is the company CFO/CMO. He leads CIC's Sales and Consulting programs. Fidel has over 39 years in the It/Telecommunications industry. He has been working on the State of California Public Sector Market space for over 30+ years. He was employed by Verizon (formally/GTE) for over three decades, successfully managing some of the State's largest IT/Telecommunication contracts. He was Verizon's chief sales strategist on the State of California account, architecting the successful award of a multibillion CALNET 2 contract. During this time, he worked on several complex and large goverment IT/Telecommuncations projects, Spanning across key goverments agencies. Some of these agencies are: California Deparmtnet of Technology (CDT), Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Department of Health Services, Resource Agency, California State Lottery and California Public Safety; 911 Program Office and California Highway Patrol (Statewide deployment of Wireless E-911.
